Grassroots - Our History
Since 1985 Kremer’s Turf Farm has been providing the highest quality sod and customer service to the Colorado region. Our 300 acres of special Kentucy Bluegrass is engineered for Colorado’s unique climate. Resulting in a dense sod which is rich in texture, color, and durability. It is also drought and disease resistant, shade tolerant, and perfect for kids and pets.
Unlike other sod farms who sell a variety of products, our approach is to put all our energy and focus into the fields on our farm, growing and caring for Colorado's best Kentucky Bluegrass. The result is a Kentucky Bluegrass specially designed for Colorado’s climate.

We're Sharpening our Axes
Abe Lincoln once said that if he were given four hours to cut down a tree, he'd spend the first three hours sharpening his axe. We regularly sharpen our mower blades to avoid a thatchy product that you might find from other sod producers.
This one act, among many others, is in keeping with our grassroots philosophy of focusing solely on growing the best turf sod in Colorado, we are able to deliver just that. Our unique approach of emphasizing growing, care & feeding (& only that!) has earned us the reputation of being the best sod farm in the area and so much repeat & referral business. Farm Manager - Marley Moore
Marley oversees and maintains the organization’s focus on quality service and product, and work’s with Kremer’s team to insure excellent day to day operations. His passion for growing turf has earned Kremer’s the reputation as a ‘top premium’ sod grower in the Colorado area. His expertise on sod and farm operations is vast, as is his knowledge on how to grow an exceptional turf grass product.
